PG&E plans to host their full-day training again on the Model Water-Efficient Landscape Ordinance and the New Normal for California Landscaping. Registration is open now for the October 22 live, online event.

During the continuing drought, landscape professionals and many others in water-related fields, must stay current with their knowledge and practices mandated within the state ordinance.

“Presentation topics will include water budget calculations, irrigation best practices, the optimal use of compost and low-water plant selection. The training will also include perspectives from WELO code reviewers and an interactive design review activity where the participants will apply the concepts covered and get feedback on their findings,” per PG&E.
