Native plant gardens are some of the most manageable gardens, given the right plants are in the right place.  Even so, tasks still remain.  This class will offer guidance on tending the native garden seasonally and specific to certain plants.  We will discuss (and in some cases demonstrate) pruning, mulching, fertilizing, propagating and watering.  Above all, tending a native garden becomes an opportunity to connect and engage, to experience nature and nature’s patterns up close and personal.
