Several times each year, the Friends of the UC Davis Arboretum, holds plant sales at the Arboretum Teaching Nursery, offering hundreds of different kinds of uncommon garden plants that have been locally grown, including the Arboretum All-Stars, our top recommended plants for Central Valley gardens. Dozens of volunteers work hard all year to grow plants for sale to support the Arboretum.

This spring you are going to find just what you need including our list of Low-water Plants You’ve (Probably) Never Heard of. (These plants may not all be available at each of our sales. Double check that the plant you are looking for is in our inventory (see below) and arrive early!)
